How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders currently take approximately 2-6 days for delivery to Europe and the US. Please note that if we are experiencing a high sales period this might be delayed but we will keep you fully updated if this occurs.

I need to make a change to my order

If you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us right away at hello@thefirepod.com. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will see what we can do, however, we do not guarantee that we can make a change to the order, as our warehouse will have processed your order and it will be out for delivery.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at hello@thefirepod.com and we will be able to assist you.
